Could be better. The staff are mostly teenage and unfortunately this reflects badly with the customer service. Me and my party were asked to leave the spa 5 minutes before the end. Then we were asked to leave the changing room 10 minutes before the time they had asked us to leave by. The food in the restaurant is tasty but the portions are very small. The whole place is clean and very well maintained and equipped.

Amazing place to go! Very affordable, brilliant experience, something for everyone. Only down side is that you should definitely book in advance for swimming pool.

We stayed in a Lavender cottage, two bedroom, one en-suite. The cottage was much bigger than we expected and was really clean and tidy. Very good TV and DVD set up, good size towels and toiletries provided. The cottage was only a short walk from the central area with the pool and restaurants. Our kids made good use of the two soft play areas and the outdoor play areas, all of which were well maintained and safe. The pool area was a real highlight with areas specifically for younger children, bigger slides and general pool swimming area. This was our first visit to Ribby Hall and we couldn't fault it, it was totally suitable for our family with a 20 month old and nearly 4 year old. We didn't try any of the restaurants so can't provide any comment on them, there is also a Starbucks and Papa John's pizza place on site with a Spar shop also present.

Visited the soft play today. Very small but has enough to keep babies and toddlers entertained and a bigger bit for the older kids. It was free for under 2's. Has Starbucks just next door, so you can have a nice brew too. Plenty of parking and lots of outdoor play areas too. Had a peek at the swimming pool- great looking family splash area so looking forward to trying that out.

Great facilities. Lots of play park for the kids and a good indoor play centre that is free of charge. Swimming facilities, cafe, shop, coffee shop and pizza place. Plenty to keep you entertained. Plus a Christmas ice rink. Great place for families with young children.
